VIOLIN AFTER ANTONIO STRADIVARI Bohemia/Saxony, 19th/20th century. Two-piece spruce top and flamed maple back, dark brown varnish, double purfling. 4/4 violin, l. 59.9 cm, body l. 36 cm. Marked 'Vosen' on the side and violin label: 'Antonius Stradivarius Cremonensis Faciebat Anno 1704 A.S. Made in Germany'. Bumped and rubbed, rests and damage to neck.
