VIOLIN AFTER 'ANTONIO GRAGNANI' Probably Livorno, 19th century Two-piece spruce top and maple back, light brown varnish, curved purfling on the back. 4/4 violin, length 58.5 cm, body width 35.1 cm. Handwritten violin label: 'Antonio Gragnani made in Livorno in 1784'. Parts intact and repaired, crack in the top.
