VIOLIN 'LA LUTHERIE D'ART' Belgium, early 20th century. Two-piece spruce top and maple back, brown-orange varnish. Full-size (4/4) violin, length 58.4 cm, body length 35.1 cm. Labelled "Riffinito nello studio di luteria, La Lutherie d'Art, Anno Domini, Belgie", with handwritten additions "Antique" and "Amati 1666". Minimally rubbed. Provenance: Estate from a German violin-making workshop.
