VIOLINE BEZ. 'SEBASTIAN KLOTZ' German, 18th/19th century. Two-piece spruce top and one-piece maple back, dark brown varnish, with wooden case. 4/4 violin, l. 59 cm, body l. 36 cm. Violin label: 'G. A. Pfretzschner (Gustav Adolf) Markneukirchen' and 'Sebastian Kloz in Mittenwald, An 17?'. Part chipped and damaged, chipped varnish and remnants on verso.
