VIOLIN BOW, MODEL 'AUGUST RAU'* German, 20th century. Round stick, single eye, nickel silver mounting and winding, thumb leather, ivory head plate. Length 74 cm, weight approx. 56 g. Unmarked violin bow, probably in the model of August Rau. Minimally rubbed. CITES marketing certificate is available. Please note that due to the current CITES regulations for ivory and tortoiseshell objects, unrestricted trade is only permitted within the European Community.
