VIOLIN BOW '(EDWIN LOTHAR) HERMANN KNOPF'* Markneukirchen / Dresden, circa 1920-1930 Octagonal pernambuco stick, frog with Parisian eye, silver mount, winding, thumb leather, ivory end plate. Length 74.5 cm, weight approx. 65 g. Violin bow marked 'EL Hermann Knopf' and emblem on the frog. Minor bumped and rubbed. Provenance: Private collection, Rhineland. CITES marketing certificate is available. Please note that due to the current CITES regulations for ivory objects, unrestricted trade is only permitted within the European Community.
