Grenadilla or ebony, ivory rings, original brass keys. Length 60.5 cm. Marked 'George Astor & Co.', 'London', and 'Patent'. Multi-section transverse flute with conical bore and original keys. Shows signs of wear and use; cracks in the wood; keys incomplete; functionality not tested.
Provenance: Private collection, Hesse.
