SQUARE PIANO JOHN BROADWOOD & SONS London, England, around 1810 Walnut, mahogany, various woods, 76 keys made of ebonized wood and ivory overlays. H. 82, w. 167, d. 63 cm. Marked 'John Broadwood and Sons' on the front, inside serial number '5886'. Rectangular body, on six baluster legs, on castors, openwork carved sound box cover, hinged, range F1 to c4. Part bumped and rubbed, minor damage, dam., tuning required. Provenance: Private collection Düsseldorf.
