FINE VIOLIN BOW 'WILHELM AUGUST PFRETZSCHNER'* Markneukirchen, circa 1910-1930 Round pernambuco stick, silver mountings, winding, thumb leather, mother-of-pearl inlay, ivory frog. L. 74.3 cm, weight approx. 63.4 g. Violin bow marked 'W.A. Pfretzschner' and featuring an emblem on the frog. Min. rubbed and bumped. Provenance: Private collection, North Rhine-Westphalia; formerly owned by the concertmaster of the Ford Symphony Orchestra, Cologne. CITES marketing certificate is available.
