FINE VIOLIN OF THE FÜSSEN SCHOOL AND TWO VIOLIN BOWS* Füssen, around 1780 One-piece spruce top and two-piece maple back, dark brown varnish, with case. 4/4 violin, l. 59.3 cm, body length 36 cm. Without violin label. Two violin bows, each with round stick, single eye, winding, ivory head plate, l. 73.3 and 74.5 cm, weights approx. 56g and 58g, violin bow unmarked, partly dam. and rubbed. The violin partly worn and chipped, rest, ready to play. Expertise: master violin maker Nonn, Krefeld, 2023. Provenance: Private collection North Rhine-Westphalia.
