Hallmarks on the wall: artist's monogram, Wiener Werkstätten mark, fineness mark "900", Diana head with fineness indication 2 (900/1000) (also on the foot), "Made in Austria", "WW" mark (foot). Literature: Die Wiener Werkstatte 1903-1928. Modern Arts and Crafts and its Path. Vienna, 1929, listed there as a brass fruit bowl. Neuwirth, Waltraud. Wiener Werkstätte, Avantgarde, Art Deco, Industrial Design, Vienna, 1986, p. 191, fig. 150, listed there as the common brass version.
