MEMENTO MORI Southern German, probably 18th century. Carved wood, polychrome-painted. 16 x 9.5 x 6 cm. Mounted on a volute base, a half-figure of the Grim Reaper in a monastic habit holding a book and a skull in his right hand and a scythe in his left. Partially rubbed, chipped, and damaged.
