TWO SINGLE PSALTER LEAVES Late 14th century Two individual leaves on parchment, each featuring a single column of Latin text accompanied by polychrome and gold-decorated initials and foliate scrollwork (recto and verso). Dimensions: 16.5 x 12.5 cm and 8.5 x 6.5 cm (framed: 26 x 20.5 x 1 cm / 14.5 x 12 x 1.5 cm). Slight browning and staining. The texts begin: "Propterea populi confitebunt tibi (...)" and "Laudate dominum omnes gentes laudate eum (...)". Framed behind glass, allowing both sides to be viewed (unopened).
