DOUBLE PAGE FROM A BOOK OF HOURS France or Flanders, early 15th century Brown and red ink with polychrome, gold-highlighted ornamentation, probably on paper, single-column text in Gothic minuscule script. Visible size 9.5 x 15 cm (framed 25.5 x 31.5 x 1.5 cm). Minimally browned, slight creases and a slight wavy appearance, minor damage along the center fold. Mounted in a passe-partout and framed behind glass or film (unopened).
