The inscription "SANCTA MARIA ORA PRO NOBIS 1824" is visible along the hem of Mary's robe, while the numbers 1824 are discreetly placed at the edges of the painting. These details indicate the year of creation. An illegible artist's signature is located in the lower right corner. Soiled, slightly rubbed.
