Framed behind glass. This work is accompanied by an exhibition catalog "Christian Modersohn. Aquarelle, 1985-1992" containing a handwritten note by the previous owner. This entry, which identifies the watercolor as the only surviving work from the pre-war period, was personally signed and confirmed by the artist.
