HEIKE MUTTER 1969 Munich - lives and works in Hamburg 'WENN DER HASE MIT DEM IGEL...' (2000) Digital print on paper, on wood. 72,5 x 190 x 2,5 cm. Verso: signed, dated, titled and inscr. 'Nr. 4' and '1/1 Tauschauflage'. Upper margin part. and corners min. bumped, part. min. with traces of scratching, part. min. rubbed. Provenance: Private collectoin Düsseldorf. From 1994 to 1999 Mutter studied fine art at the Kunstakademie Münster under Reiner Ruthenbeck. From 1995 to 2001 studied media art in Karlsruhe and Cologne. Since 2007 professor at the Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg. In 2011, together with Ulrich Genth, designed the large walk-in sculpture "Tiger and Turtle - Magic Mountain" on the landfill site of the former Heinrich-Hildebrand-Höhe in Duisburg-Angerhausen.
