JULES-EDMOND MASSON 1871 Paris - 1932 ibid. (?) JUMPING RABBIT Bronze, dark patina, on an oval plinth. H. 10, W. 18, D. 6.5 cm, weight approx. 1.2 kg. Signed "J.E. Masson" on the plinth; foundry mark "R. Patrouilleau Edit Paris" on the side. A finely modeled bronze sculpture of a fleeing hare in dynamic motion. Partial loss of patina and rubbed.
