Total H. 33, W. 22, D. 16 cm, weight approx. 9.51 kg. Signed 'A. Cain' on the plinth, foundry mark 'Susse Frères Editeurs Paris' and 'C V', inscribed 'Susse Fes Ed Paris' on the reverse. Finely crafted animal sculpture of a cock crowing with detailed plumage and a lively expression. Some loss of patina and rubbed, min. bumped.
