Esser' and foundry stamp 'Guss Barth Rinteln'. Max Esser was a German sculptor and became known for his sculptures, which were often characterized by expressionist and monumental influences. His work reflects a multifaceted artistic development, from the early phase in which he experimented with traditional forms to a more modern mode of expression.
