FRENCH SCULPTOR Active around 1900 BORGHESE GLADIATOR Bronze, dark patina, on a rectangular marble base (h. 10.5 cm). Overall h. 35, w. 30, d. 18 cm, weight approx. 7.69 kg. After the bronze figure by Guillaume Berthelot (1580-1648). Partly rubbed and loss of patina, partially bumped on the back, arms and legs, min. dam., sword blade and one base screw missing.
