VIENNESE SCULPTOR Active early 20th century ART DECO DANCER CANDLEHOLDER Bronze with gold patina. H. 20, W. 13.5, D. 8 cm; weight approx. 0.39 kg. Unsigned; likely circle of the Wiener Werkstätte. Two-light candleholder in the form of a stylized dancer with a bobbed hairstyle and a geometrically pleated skirt. Her raised arms support two blossom-shaped candle sockets. Areas of rubbing and loss of patina.
