Description
TWO IVORY CARVED RYUSA NETSUKE Japan, 19th century Ivory. L. 3.4-4.2 cm. Including a netsuke of a man playing a flute under a pine tree, signed on the bottom, and a netsuke of a string of double-gourds. With traces of age and use, partially cracked. CITES marketing certificate is available. Please note that due to the current CITES regulations for ivory and tortoiseshell objects, unrestricted trade is only permitted within the European Community. An export license is required for shipment to third countries. Please inform yourself about the current import regulations for ivory and tortoiseshell in your country. It is currently not possible to export ivory to the USA, Canada or England. This item is not legal to sell in the UK.
