TWO BLUE AND WHITE 'ANIMAL' SNUFF BOTTLES China, Qing Dynasty Porcelain/Tigerite. H. 7.2-9.7 cm. Including a copper-red decorated blue and white snuff bottle depicting monkeys, with a mark "Da Qing Yongzheng nian zhi" to the base, and a blue and white snuff bottle depicting Buddhist lions, with a mark "Da Qing Qianlong nian zhi" to the base. Both fitted with tiger's eye stoppers. With traces of age and use, partially abraded; one chipped on the bottom.
