FOUR PARTIALLY GILT BRONZE OKIMONOS Japan, Meiji period Bronze. H. 7-19.6 cm. Including two okimonos of soldiers and two okimonos of children, which are attributed to the Miyao workshop. All four have the signature "Miyao" and are mounted on wooden base. With traces of use, partially abraded. Provenance: From an old private collection in North Rhine-Westphalia.
