A CANTON EXPORT SILVER THREE-PIECE TEA SERVICE China, 1937 Silver with ivory finials. H. 11.5-20.5 cm (teapot, bowl), L. 29.2 cm (tray); Total 1642g. With traces of age and use, partially abraded. Including a teapot, a two-handled sugar bowl decorated with figural scenes, and a tray decorated with dragons. Each piece is stamped underneath with the maker's mark "Westhues" and "1937, Canton." The sugar bowl is additionally stamped with "90," "WH," and "Pan," and the teapot with "90," "WH," and "x Chang." CITES certificate available. Trade in ivory/tortoiseshell is only permitted within the EU. Export to countries such as the USA, Canada, or the UK is currently not possible. Please check import regula.
