A YAOZHOU CELADON 'BOYS' BOWL China, northern Song Dynasty Ceramic. D. 12.5 cm. The conical bowl is moulded on the interior with three boys holding a continuous floral, the exterior incised with vertical lines, covered overall in a glaze of olive-green tone. With traces of age. Provenance: From an old private collection in the Lower Rhine region (Niederrhein).
