Description
A BRONZE SEATED FIGURE OF AKSOBHYA China (Tibet), 19th/20th century Bronze. D. 14.6 cm. The buddha is seated in dhyanasana on a double lotus throne, with right hand in bhumisparsa mudra and the left resting in lap holding a vajra. With traces of use, slightly damaged. Provenance: From a private collection in Tyrol, acquired directly from Sangha from Tibet in the second half of the 20th century.
