A LARGE GOLD LACQUERED AND CARVED WOOD 'DRAGON' PANEL China, Ming Dynasty or later Wood/metal. 121.8x66.5 cm. The panel is carved with two dragons contesting a flaming pearl among clouds. The original dragon heads are later replaced by two metal dragons. With traces of age, cracked and damaged in places. Provenance: From a private collection in Cologne.
