EINE CELADONGLASIERTE VASE

A CELADON GLAZED VASE Korea, Goryeo Dynasty Porcelain. H. 27.5 cm. The vase is finely decorated with incised Bodhi flowers on the body, and with a sanggam inlay design of cranes and cloud motifs around the neck. An old label is affixed to the inner rim, inscribed: "Song Dynasty Goryeo ware Bodhi-flower vase, rare piece." With traces of age and use. Provenance: From a German private collection.
