EINE BLAU-WEISSE KANNE

A BLUE AND WHITE EWER China, Ming-style Porcelain. H. 26.6 cm. The pear-shaped body tapers into a narrow neck, set with a tall, curved spout joined to the neck by a cloud-shaped strut, opposite an arched strap handle with a central raised ridge, surmounted by a small lug. The body is freely painted with floral motifs. With traces of age and use; a small hairline is visible on the handle.
