A THANGKA OF SHAKYAMUNI China (Tibet), 19th/20th century Distemper on cloth, framed and under glass. 31.3x41 cm (50.5x60 cm with frame). The thangka depicts Shakyamuni seated in dhyanasana on a lotus throne, with his right hand in bhumisparsha mudra and his left in dhyana mudra. With traces of age, partially damaged and with loss of colors, with a leaf under glass.
