A SCHIST RELIEF DEPICTING HARITI AND PANCHIKA Gandhara, probably 2nd-3rd century Grey schist. H. 7.5 cm. The relief is finely carved as a seated Roman-style tutelary couple on a rectangular plinth with foot supports, clad in deeply carved robes. Hariti holds a cornucopia, Panchika holds a purse, with a child positioned between them. With traces of age.
