A PAIR OF CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL VASES Japan, Meiji period Cloisonné. H. 24.5 cm. The vases are decorated with a bird amongst trailing wisteria and flowering plants on a dark-blue ground, each with an impressed maker (Hayashi Chuzo)'s mark to the base. With traces of age and use.
