EIN NEUNTEILIGES KONVOLUT VON TSUBA

NINE IRON TSUBA Japan, 19th/20th century Iron. H. 5.9-7.5 cm. Including nine tsuba in different forms. A tsuba of aorigata is signed "Masaharu" and with kao, a tsuba of marugata decorated with three genbus is signed "Kofu no ju Tatsutoshi" and a tsuba of marugata decorated with lotus flowers is signed "Echizen ju Kinai saku". With traces of use, partially damaged. Provenance: From an old private collection in North Rhine-Westphalia.
