Description
AN BONE-HILTED DAGGER (KARD) India/Iran, 19th century Merall/bone/stoff. L. 57.5 cm. The kard has a single-edged steel blade and a bone grip engraved with geometric decoration, in a green fabric scabbard embroidered with gold thread, the tip fitted with a small bone floral finial. With traces of age and use, partially abraded and damaged.
