A LARGE FAMILLE ROSE DISH China, late Qing Dynasty Porcelain. D. 32.5 cm. The dish is decorated on the interior with grasshoppers, butterflies, and flowers, while the exterior features Scholar's Implements. With a mark 'yi shan tang zhi' on the bottom. With traces of age and use, partially abraded and cracked in a place. Provenance: From an old private collection in the Lower Rhine region (Niederrhein).
